Kuros´ objective is to leverage both its proprietary technology for localised therapy and its clinical development and regulatory expertise in order to develop a portfolio of products.

The company is focused on indications of high unmet medical need with initial programs in wounds, surgery, spine and trauma. Kuros will develop and commercialize these innovative products through its own resources and, where commercially appropriate, in partnership and collaboration with other companies.

Kuros is building its portfolio of products by both in-house development and in-licensing. Kuros is flexible in its collaboration/partnering approach and is keen to open discussions in areas of mutual benefit.

Kuros has developed a broad pipeline of combination products that are currently at various stages of clinical and pre-clinical development.

Kuros´ most advanced products, which are now in clinical development, have already shown clinical benefits in wound healing and bone repair; these are being developed in partnership with Baxter. Further projects are going on in tendon repair, dural sealant and oncology.
